Several people have posted that they were unable to find the cause of the code. For any of you who encounter a similar problem, ColdCase nailed the location for the "pump." It's next to the canister in the left rear wheel well. The tech remove the left rear tire and took out 4 or 5 pop snaps and one screw. This allowed the dust flap to partially drop, and the "pump" was easily accessed.
